Attention Hagewood Water System Customers

In our continuing efforts to provide better service to our customers, a bill payment drop-off location has been set up at The One-Stop Store (aka EZ Stop, 6464 Highway 6) in Hagewood, thanks to the generosity of the store owner. No cash payments will be accepted and no receipts provided. Please place your bill and check or money order in an envelope, label it Hagewood Water System, and give it to the store clerk. We will pick up the payments.
Hagewood Water System is no longer affiliated with Waskom Brown Accounting Services. Please do not contact them about any HWS issues. Please text instead of calling if possible, or email: Hagewoodwater@gmail.com We will respond as soon as possible, but please remember that we are volunteers, and HWS does not have a water system office at this time.
Because of numerous customer inquiries, we are including the HWS payment due dates and current fees:
Water bills are due by the 10th of the month. If payment is not RECEIVED by the 10th, a ten percent penalty is added. This amount is shown on your bill.
If full payment is not RECEIVED by 8:00 am on the 20th of the month, a $40 delinquent fee is added to the bill, and the account will be placed on the cut-off list for disconnection. An additional $75 reconnect fee will be charged to reinstate service, along with full payment of the water bill.
